As the founder of Lioness Restoration Group™, I’m passionate about building a company that puts people, relationships, and community at the heart of everything we do. My journey has taught me the importance of resilience, strong leadership, and creating opportunities for others to grow. I’m committed to supporting property owners, empowering my team, and building a company that makes a meaningful and lasting impact throughout Northwest Arkansas.

As COO and Field Coordinator, I help connect our field operations with the team behind the scenes, keeping projects organized and moving forward. I’m focused on strong teamwork, practical solutions, and making sure our crews and property owners receive dependable support throughout each project.

Project Manager

I keep projects organized and moving forward by coordinating with insurance companies, our field manager, suppliers, and team. I support our Restoration Consultants with the details they need to care for property owners. Outside work, I enjoy mountain hikes and good sushi! 🍣
