Who We Are
Rooted in Rogers. Built to Protect What Matters.
Lioness Restoration Group™ is a local, woman-owned roofing, restoration, and remodeling company serving property owners throughout Northwest Arkansas. Operating as Lioness Restoration Group™ by Belmans Roofing LLC, our team is based in Rogers, Arkansas - and we treat every home as if it were our own.
Previously known as Mama Bear Restoration Services, we rebranded to reflect our growth and stronger vision for the future. While our name has evolved, our commitment remains the same: protecting what matters most, delivering quality workmanship, and fearlessly advocating for the property owners we serve.
We help homeowners and property owners with roof replacement, storm damage restoration, remodeling, siding, gutters, and emergency tree removal when a tree has fallen on or damaged a property. Whatever the project, we lead with clear communication, careful workmanship, and a genuine commitment to the people we serve.
You won’t find high-pressure tactics here - just a local team that shows up, explains your options honestly, and does work that lasts, because we live and work in the same Northwest Arkansas communities you do.

ORIGIN • MISSION • VALUES
Born From a Simple Frustration
Every spring, hail rolls across Northwest Arkansas - and right behind it comes a wave of out-of-state contractors chasing checks. We watched too many neighbors get talked into rushed jobs, left with leaks, underpaid claims, and phone numbers that stopped working the moment the work went wrong.
We knew roofing could be done differently. So we built Lioness Restoration Group as a company that leads with advocacy - one that documents damage honestly, stands beside homeowners through the insurance process, and installs roofs we'd be proud to put on our own families homes. Our name says it plainly: a lioness protects what's hers. For us, that's you, your home, and this community.
Mission & Vision
Our Mission
To protect Northwest Arkansas families and their most valuable investment by delivering honest inspections, expert craftsmanship, and fearless advocacy through every roof and every claim.
Our Vision
To redefine what people expect from a roofing company - replacing the storm-chaser reputation with a standard of integrity, transparency, and care that our community can count on for generations.
The Values We Build On
Advocacy
We represent you, not the insurance company. Your fair outcome is our job.
Integrity
We tell you the truth, even when it costs us a sale.
Excellence
Certified craftsmanship and details done right, on every roof.
Faith & Family
We lead with the values we live by, and we treat customers like neighbors.
Community
We invest in the NWA towns we call home.
Empowerment
We educate homeowners so they can make confident decisions.
WHY LIONESS

We know Northwest Arkansas homes, weather patterns, and building requirements because we live here too.
Clear Communication
Plain-spoken updates and honest assessments, without pressure or confusing jargon.
Complete Property Solutions
From a single shingle to full restoration, remodeling, and emergency tree removal, you have one trusted team.
Responsive Service
Fast answers and timely inspections when damage happens, so you are never left waiting and wondering.
Property Problems Are Stressful. We Help You Find the Next Step.
A roof leak, storm damage, or a remodeling decision can feel overwhelming - especially when insurance is involved. Our job is not to push you toward the biggest project. It is to help you understand what is happening with your property, what your options are, and what the right next step should be.
We walk you through it in plain language, document what we find, and help you decide with confidence - whether that is a small repair, a full restoration, or peace of mind that everything is fine.
